How the draw is designed to work

Freeze the entries
The eligible entry list is frozen at the published closing time.

Select at random
Secure random selection ranks eligible entries, with at most one win per person.

Keep the record
The entry count and verification references are stored with the result.
Selection method and verification
The draw engine uses the database platform’s cryptographically secure random number generator, then ranks every frozen entry by a SHA-256 hash of that value and the entry ID. The lowest-ranked entries win, up to the published number of winners, with at most one win per person. Confirmed free and paid entries are ranked identically.
The frozen entrant list is stored with its own hash. The random seed, entry count and SHA-256 verification reference are written to an append-only audit record when the draw runs. No external certification or independent audit is claimed. Legal, security and draw verification gates remain outstanding before launch.
